Univerza v Mariboru
Maribor is the second largest city in Slovenia and has approximately 112,000 inhabitants. The city is one of the most sun-drenched cities in Slovenia. The city was named "Alpine City of the Year" in 2000 and was the European Capital of Culture in 2012.
The university, founded in 1975, has 15 faculties with a total of around 20,000 students.
