Kardelen Dilara Cazgir studierte “International Relations” im Bachelor an der Ege University (Türkei), inklusive Auslandsaufenthalt an der Matej Bel University in der Slovakei. Ihren Masterabschluss absolvierte sie am “Gender and Women’s Studies department” der Middle East Technical University (Türkei). Ihr Erasmus-Semester verbrachte sie in Marburg, an der Philipps-Universität. Hier arbeitete sie unter anderem am Zentrum für Gender Studies and feministische Zukuntsforschung.

Während ihrer Ausbildung besuchte sie sowohl eine Sommerschule zum Thema Commoning, Kunst & Kultur an der Zentraleuropäischen Universität als auch den Summerschool Kurs “Fighting for Justice: Delivering Social Value and Tackling Climate Action” an der Bradford University.Zusätzlich zu ihrem Studium engagierte sie sich in verschiedenen NGOs, unter anderem im Bereich der Gender-Gerechtigkeit. Aktuell promoviert Kardelen Cazgir in Politikwissenschaften an der Philipps-Universität Marburg. Kardelen Cazgir wirkte in zahlreichen wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten in Themenbereichen Gender Studies, Arbeit & Migration, sowie soziale & solidarische Ökonomien mit.
