Focus Program “Law & Business” @Cooperative Banks

Professor Kalbfleisch, a member of the Executive Board of the ifG Marburg, offers various introductory and advanced courses in the field of “Business Taxation” (e.g., on the “Taxation of Mergers and Acquisitions”). Together with the courses in the area of “Accounting & Valuation” (Professor Mölls), these courses are to be bundled and combined with specific courses drawn from cooperative practice in the areas of “Bank Taxation & (Bank) Auditing” to form a specialized program in “Law & Economics” with a cooperative (banking) focus.

Given the detailed examination regulations of Philipps University of Marburg, the program proposals are currently undergoing a comprehensive internal review process and, of course, also require stable course offerings from our cooperative partners in the field. Updates on the program’s launch will be published as soon as possible!
