29.09.2026 Symposium @ Undergraduate Research Projects with UT Dallas

From June through August 2026, 13 students from the Hobson Wildenthal Honors College at the University of Texas at Dallas visited Philipps University as part of the “Undergraduate Research Projects” program. Within the individual projects, students work in groups across various departments and are supervised and mentored by Marburg professors and doctoral candidates. In the summer of 2026—the third summer since the program’s inception—working groups from the departments of Chemistry (Synmikro), Computer Science and Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, and Business & Economics participated. 

The concluding symposium, at which the students were required to present their research findings, therefore also offered a varied program featuring interesting discussions.
