DynaMo is a specification language used for creating security policies. However, this language is only intended for modeling these policies, not for implementing them. To implement the policies written in DynaMo using a general purpose programming language, there exists dynamo2rust. This transpiler translates DynaMo files into Rust code. However, dynamo2rust is not yet complete. This work deals with semantic errors that arise when writing a DynaMo policy. First, rules for the DynaMo language are defined and example policies are created, which violate these rules. These errors are then categorized. Based on this, a tool for semantic analysis is written, which is also integrated into dynamo2rust. Finally, the tool is evaluated in terms of completeness in error detection and its impact on the efficiency of dynamo2rust.
