26.06.2026 Crystal Structure of Ba[SeCN]2

Chemical crystallography deals with the elucidation of crystal structures of compounds, which we make in the lab. The easier case is the growth of single crystals, however, this is not always possible. Thus, for Ba[SeCN]₂ it was necessary to solve the structure from powder X-ray data. The whole story is now published in ZAAC (doi:10.1002/zaac.70162).
