Orientation Week for the Winter Semester 2026/27

At the start of the winter semester 2026/27, the Orientation Week (OE) for Gender Studies students will take place from 5 to 8 October 2026. It offers the opportunity to get to know the program, the Student Council (Fachschaft), and fellow students, and to receive important information for the start of your studies.

Monday, 5 October 2026
4:00–5:00 PM: Welcome and introduction to the Center for Gender Studies and Feminist Futurology
5:00–5:30 PM: Introduction to the Student Council and Q&A
From 5:30 PM: Get-together with the Student Council

4:00–5:00 PM: Unboxing Kombi-BA (university event)
5:00–6:00 PM: MARVINsplaining (university event)

Wednesday, 7 October 2026
From 7:00 PM: Glow und Connect (Student Council event)
Location: Wilhelm-Röpke-Straße 6 (PhilFak)

Thursday, 8 October 2026
4:00–6:00 PM: Studying Abroad (university event)
Location: Deutschhausstr. 3, Lecture Hall 109 (+1/1090)
