Model International Criminal Court (MICC)

The Model International Criminal Court takes place in the Polish town of Krzyżowa (Kreisau) every spring. It is organized by the Kreisau Initiative, which has been building an international meeting place at the historical site - the meeting point of the Kreisau Circle resistance movement during the Second World War - and has filled it with life since 1989.

The MICC concept combines a moot court modelled on the ICC with a summer school on international criminal law. Here students can slip into the role of prosecutors, defence counsels, judges or journalists.
