Contracts for cooperation and services

Cooperation Agreements
In a collaborative research project, cooperation agreements are the key to successful collaboration between the university and the external partner. Through this agreement, we define common goals, framework conditions and rights to ensure that both partners can protect their interests and achieve joint results.

Research and Development Agreements
Contract Research Agreements
Contract research is a form of cooperation between a university and an external partner in which the client defines the service to be provided by the university and sets the conditions. The client acquires the rights to the results and can also use them commercially. Optionally, they can also be granted an option for the transfer or use of patentable results by paying an additional fee.

Research Services
Research services are smaller projects in which the university provides research-related services using proven scientific knowledge and/or resources already available at the university. The client defines the catalog of services and pays a certain fee for the provision of these services. In return, the client becomes the owner of all non-proprietary results achieved.
