Incoming Erasmus+ Staff Mobility from Partner Countries (KA171)
Infomation before Nomination
We are very pleased that you are considering an Erasmus+ staff mobility at Marburg University for teaching or training purposes.
If you are planning a stay, you can apply for Erasmus+ funding through the International Office of Marburg University after you have successfully arranged the academic or administrative content of your visit with a colleague or professor at our university.
Please note that the International Office only administers funding applications. We are unfortunately not able to assist with identifying contacts or arranging academic cooperation on a personal level. These steps must be completed independently in advance.
Below you will find an overview of the process:

Please independently contact a professor or staff member at the Marburg University whose academic field matches your area of work and with whom you would like to collaborate during your Erasmus+ stay (e.g. for teaching or job shadowing).
In most cases, there is already an existing cooperation between departments and you can refer to known contacts within this framework.
Once you have agreed on the content of your visit, please ask your host for a preliminary invitation letter, indicating the planned period and topic of the stay.
Please note: This invitation letter does not constitute a confirmation of Erasmus+ funding.

Please submit your application for an Erasmus+ staff mobility at your home university, either through a formal call or through internal procedures and include the invitation letter from Marburg.
If your application is successful, your home university will officially nominate you to the International Office of Marburg University for Erasmus+ funding.
