Description

Markus Lechner

Our bioinformatics core facility represents the interface between experimental and algorithmic research. The application to biochemical questions and the development of algorithms are thus of similar importance to us. Our expertise covers a broad range of methods including comparative genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, molecular interactions, image processing and the visualization of research data. We offer support for all fields of biochemistry and microbiology which is bolstered by a large network of international researchers. If you want to learn more about our current research activities, visit the group's homepage (https://www.uni-marburg.de/de/fb16/ipc/ag-lechner).
