Communication Training for (prospective) managers

Attention: This is a 1,5-day seminar: 25.05.2013 9:00 - 17:00 Uhr, 26.05.2013 9:00 - 13:00 Uhr

Constructive communication and negotiation skills are essential for (prospective) managers and employees in the workplace. Our communication training considers questions such as:

How can I learn to communicate in an effective way – understanding and respecting perspectives from others while incorporating my own opinion?

How can I arbitrate a dispute in the workplace?

How can I constructively criticize and how do I deal with criticism in an appropriate manner?

How can I successfully accomplish an appraisal talk?

How can I communicate effectively in meetings?

The workshop focuses on practical exercises to train communication skills. There will be short theoretical sessions which will then be examined and conveyed through discussion and role play. Worksheets will be handed out which include summaries of the main theories and additional information for further reading.

Registration:

The seminar is limited to 16 participants.

Obligatory registration via course booking system.
