Most students or employees have a profound knowledge of their chosen subject. Unfortunately, not all of them actually know how to present themselves or what they know. This course will help you to plan, design, and deliver effective presentations. By doing short presentations, role plays and receiving feedback you can improve and expand your repertoire of presentation skills.
- How to prepare a presentation:
- How can I define the purpose of my talk and my target group?
- What is my message and how do I arrange my arguments?
- How can I use special techniques or materials to make my presentation a blast?
- Giving a presentation:
- How can I address and involve the audience?
- How can I moderate a discussion or handle difficult questions?
- Evaluating a presentation:
- How can I ask for feedback and implement it for the next time?
