This workshop focuses on practical exercises to train intercultural competence.
- What is intercultural competence and how can I become interculturally competent?
- Becoming aware of my own cultural-specific standards
- Becoming aware of cultural differences
- Learning about different cultures and their habits and attitudes in working and social life
- Questions and answers concerning the German culture - what cultural differences do people experience that come to work and live in Germany?
- How can I contribute to an effective and harmonic working atmosphere in an intercultural team?
