Dear students,

as announced, the exams cancelled in March (2nd sit of winter semester 2019-20) will now take place from Thursday, May 7, to Wednesday, May 20. To protect you and the supervisors, special rules of conduct apply to these exams, which we have summarized for you in the attached document. In particular, we ask you to

  • appear at the exam building at least 35 minutes before the start of the exam and
  • bring and wear mouth-nose protection.

The seats in the examination rooms are filled from the back to the front so that you do not have to pass other students. This also means that there are no individually assigned seats. An exception applies to exams in the Audimax (HG +2/0010). Here you are divided (via the seating list) into two groups, for the two rear doors "A" and "B" (as signposted). Be sure to use exactly the entrance assigned to you. You will find this entry in the seating list: https://www.uni-marburg.de/de/fb02/studium/pruefungsbuero/pruefungsorganisation/klausurenplan-sitzplatzliste

We would like to point out once again, that in this sit, not showing up for the exam is not considered a failed attempt, in order to reduce the pressure for students in the current situation. If you intend to stay home, it is not necessary to de-register from exams. Please also note: If you start an exam, this exam will inevitably count towards your grades.

As announced earlier, the School of Business and Economics decided to suspend all classes during the exam phase, i.e. from May 7th to May 20th inclusive. During this time, there will be no courses from our school for you. If you are taking interdisciplinary courses, please inform yourself about any regulations at other schools/departments.

We wish you all the best and success for your exams. And of course, we are still there for you and will be happy to answer any questions and take any of your suggestions.

Best regards,
Prof. Dr. Torsten Wulf, Dr. Regine Reck, Kai Brenneke
