An Interdisciplinary Team
The RTG is carried by twelve academics from a range of disciplines, who bring their expertise in law, history, peace and conflict research, sociology, modern German literature, economics, and Protestant theology to the collaborative research effort. The thematic and methodological diversity that characterises the RTG gives doctoral researchers both the space and the support to pursue innovative research projects. At the same time, the team is marked by considerable diversity in terms of gender, career stage, and academic background. The close collaboration between experienced scholars and early-career researchers fosters pioneering research and ensures excellent supervision for doctoral researchers.
