With around 15 million inhabitants, Istanbul is the most populous city in Turkey. Istanbul is also the economic and cultural center of the country.
With more than 70,000 students, the Marmara Üniversitesi is one of the most important educational institutions in Turkey. The university offers courses in Turkish, English, French, German and Arabic. This makes the Marmara Üniversitesi the only multilingual university in Turkey.
