Berufsorientierung des BA AS / Vocational orientation of the B.A. AS

Das Studium im Bachelor Anglophone Studies oder Bachelor American, British, and Canadian Studies eröffnet Ihnen vielfältige  Möglichkeiten im späteren Berufsleben. Dennoch haben Sie nach drei  Jahren Studium noch keine direkte Berufsbezeichnung; deshalb lohnt es  sich, schon im Studium herauszufinden, welche Tätigkeitsfelder für Sie  in Frage kommen und dafür evtl. zusätzliche Qualifikationen zu sammeln!

Das fest integrierte Praktikum und die Module “Job Orientation” und “Job Skills” dienen als erste Chance, ins Berufsleben hineinzuschnuppern und berufliche Qualifikationen zu erwerben.

Zur direkten Orientierung bietet das Career Center verschiedene Veranstaltungen an:

• Die Berufspraxisreihe für Studierende der Geistes- und Sozialwissenschaften ist direkt auf Sie und Ihr Studium zugeschnitten!
• Veranstaltungen aus der Reihe Studium & Beruf geben Ihnen einen weiten Überblick über mögliche Tätigkeitsfelder!
• Schauen Sie doch mal bei den EcoSkills vorbei, wo es viele Möglichkeiten zur Weiterbildung neben Ihrem regulären Studium gibt!
   
  . . . und zu guter Letzt können Sie hier einen Bericht über die Informationsveranstaltung "Grüne Arbeitsmärkte" aus der Reihe "Environment & Social Business" lesen, um einen Einblick in den Ablauf dieser Berufspraxisinformationsveranstaltungen zu bekommen. 

The Bachelor degree in Anglophone Studies or the Bachelor degree in American, British, and Canadian Studies opens up a wide range of opportunities for your professional life. However, after three years of study, you will not yet have a specific job title; therefore, it is useful and crucial to find out which professional fields may be suitable for you during your studies and possibly gain additional qualifications for them!

The firmly integrated internship and the modules "Job Orientation" and "Job Skills" will serve as your first chance to get a taste of working life as well as your first chance to acquire professional qualifications.

• Have a look at EcoSkills! Here, you will find many opportunities for further education in addition to your regular studies!
