Participation Before Passing the Zwischenprüfung

You may participate in the Vis Moot before passing the Zwischenprüfung.

For example, if you participate in the Vis Moot during the 3rd semester: If you have passed all six exams required by the Studienordnung during the 1st and 2nd semesters and have completed the Hausarbeit (term paper) after the 2nd semester, you may participate in the Übung für Fortgeschrittene im Strafrecht (advanced seminar in criminal law) during the 4th semester and take the exams in civil law III and public law III during the 5th semester. Please familiarize yourself with the Studienordnung, particularly sections 12, 13, 14 and 16, and clarify any open questions with the academic advising office.

Those who participate in the Vis Moot after passing the Zwischenprüfung may continue their studies immediately.
