Biography

Laura Weber (M.Sc. Psychology) is a research associate in the working group and leads the project "Partnership and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders in Everyday Life - PaZ". As part of her doctorate, she is investigating the predictors of accommodation and vocally encoded arousal in dyadic relationships. Prior to this, she worked for 2 years in the psychological counseling of chronic pain patients in a somatic rehabilitation clinic. And even before studying psychology, she followed her interest in foreign cultures and successfully completed her Bachelor's degree in "Comparative Cultural and Religious Studies" (B.A.) at the Philipps University in Marburg. In her free time, she enjoys playing skat or backgammon and is a passionate reader of crime novels.
