Possible Tasks
- You manage and organize the administration of sports associations, clubs, or organizations.
- You develop and implement concepts for the further development of the institutions. In doing so, you work closely with the board of directors.
- You also take on tasks in the area of staff and financial management. In this role, you are responsible for budget compliance, financial management, and controlling for the association.
- You acquire new sponsors for the association/club. You also maintain and expand existing partnerships.
- In health departments, you plan and manage the development of the department.
- You are also responsible for staff planning and development. You provide technical guidance and conduct training courses.
