  - You develop and implement concepts for exhibitions and events.
  - You are responsible for selecting and coordinating artists for projects and workshops.
  - You conduct research in library catalogs and online databases to find relevant literature on various projects and exhibition objects.
  - You develop concepts for workshops independently, creative sessions, and projects and implement them in a practical manner. In doing so, you take the lead and, above all, guide children and young people.
  - You design and organize guided tours for various visitor groups and thematic focuses, conveying content in a way that is tailored to the target audience.
  - You are responsible for the collection and coordinate the areas of preparation, conservation, and restoration.
  - You maintain the inventory and documentation and update information regarding any changes made to the collection.
  - You review the documentation guidelines and update them in response to new scientific or societal requirements.
