Consulting/Advising

Business Consulting, Political Advising, Study and Career Advising, Education Consulting, Environmental and Consumer Advising

Consulting and education are deeply related: those who acquire a wealth of knowledge can potentially pass it on, and those who take a step back from the educational process so that the process itself comes into focus can provide educational consulting. This is true of all academic fields of study, but especially the natural and life sciences. While biologists and chemists each shine in their respective fields, physicists are at home in almost all areas of consulting. (And at the intersection of physics and philosophy, doors even open to life coaching). What is the recipe for success for physicists who provide consulting services? Returning again: the experiment!

The experiment is the framework which defines a specific situation where two or more people define conditions, identify influences, sort through options, and discuss transferability. Sounds like classic consulting, right? Physicists are inherently critical consultants who can often be found working alongside their fellow graduates of the social sciences in the fields of political and business consulting. Professional success is aided by consulting training, starting with a training aptitude test all the way to systemic coaching.
