Possible Tasks
-You are involved in various projects in developing countries or crisis areas with the aim of improving the living conditions of the local population. You may also work in urban and spatial planning or in the advancement of women.
-You advise on setting up small businesses, share your knowledge on obtaining and processing local materials, or train administrative staff.
-You take on administrative tasks for projects, write reports, perform accounting for grants, or apply for grants.
-You analyze conflicts, counsel traumatized people, or perform educational work designed to prevent crises.
-You maintain contacts at home and abroad, establish a network of partners, take on diplomatic tasks (including non-governmental), and act as a mediator between stakeholders from the fields of politics, business, and culture.
-You assist staff regarding stays abroad, such as internships, volunteer services, and the long-term employment of skilled workers for a specific project. You conduct preparatory and intercultural training for these employees, and serve as the point of contact for questions and problems throughout the entire stay.
-Abroad, you are the point of contact for the advancement of local education, such as projects for training and continuing education at businesses and schools. With your expertise, you also support political reforms in the education systemIndustries and Occupations
