-You support management in matters of organizational and staff development by drafting principles and guidelines for the areas of leadership, cooperation, information, communication, and more.
-You determine the requirements and skills that new employees must have, support the search for both senior and junior staff, and lead interviews, potential analyses, and assessment centers.
-You research market trends and opportunities in light of your employer’s goals and determine what skills the employees will need in order for the company to stay competitive.
-You determine staff development needs, plan in-house training programs (both organizational and educational), conduct trainings, and support the learning processes of employees.
-You train managers by accompanying and supporting them in their everyday work, giving them feedback on their approach, and sharing ideas on how they can optimize their leadership skills.
-In health management, you initiate and implement projects designed to support individual and social health literacy. To this end, you offer consultation sessions and organize events in this field.
