Possible Tasks
-You work on your doctoral degree.
-You educate students on specialist knowledge, practical skills, and scientific methods. You hold office hours, design seminars, and evaluate student assignments.
-You attend academic conferences and are actively involved in research groups both at your university and between universities.
-You publish academic articles and review specialist publications.
-You communicate academic results and findings to target groups in the public sphere (science communication).
-You conduct research projects on topics related to the labor market, careers, and education. You prepare project funding proposals, thereby securing external funding for your research. Additionally, you advise, supervise, and support early career stage researchers with their projects.
-You engage with didactic innovation and the practical application of computer-assisted learning. To this end, you analyze, evaluate, and develop teaching and learning concepts in the areas of e-learning, blended learning, and augmented learning.
-In higher education didactics, you develop didactic concepts for the further development of university teaching. You offer advising, coaching, and training services for both teachers and students and develop certificate programs. You may also be involved in curriculum development.Industries and Occupations
