Possible Tasks
-As part of the project management team, you define the key information for the project (e.g. budget, staff, duration, deadlines, etc.).
-You develop the individual project phases and steps and define the relevant goals, tasks, and responsibilities.
-You establish project teams or assign an existing team to the project. You facilitate communication between team members and/or between different teams. In addition to structuring internal team communication (e.g. through team meetings, one-on-one meetings, introducing new communication platforms, team-building efforts, etc.), you also act as a contact person for your team members and strive to motivate the entire team.
-You check that tasks are completed on time and that quality standards and budgets are met.
-In addition to internal communication, your tasks also include representing your project team and the project itself: you inform clients or superiors about the status of the project(s) and represent the project to other stakeholders. You prepare the relevant data for the respective target group and are responsible for the presentation.
-You are responsible for documenting and reporting on the project phases, budget compliance, and project results.Industries and Occupations
