The application process requires the registration in our online portal, please take time to do this as soon as possible.

It is important to carefully read our Participation Guidelines.

Deadlines

Application deadline (as long as spots are available): November 1

Deposit payment deadline: Two weeks after registration (via online application portal Mobility-Online)

Full payment deadline: November 30

Registration is open from September 1 to November 1.
