Certificate / Workload

Students of this program receive a certificate stating the number of classroom hours, the course level, and performance (in %) in the various areas of language learning (speaking, listening, writing, reading) for both the Language as well as the Culture Class, hopefully enabling a smooth transfer of credit to your home university or college.

One intensive German Language course consists of 138 contact hours, plus daily preparation and homework time.

The literature course has 40 contact hours (plus another 40 hours for preparation).
