16.05.2023 Lecture Nuclear Justice Now!

The Marshall Islands, a group of islands in the Pacific, were victims of nuclear weapons tests for decades. Activists from the Marshallese Educational Initiative in the USA report on the terrible consequences of the tests for people and the environment, which still have an impact today - and on their fight for justice. As third-generation victims, they talk about their nuclear legacy and also raise awareness of the dramatic effects of the climate crisis in the Pacific island states.

You can expect an exciting lecture and musical contributions. Afterwards there will be an extensive conversation with the audience.
