Freshmen

Every beginning is difficult. Starting in a new city and orienting yourself at an unknown university are challenging. The working methods at a university also differ from those at school. And then there is likely still a semester of studying abroad to be organized - this too needs your attention early enough! As a new student in the Intercultural Business Administration bachelor's degree, we won't leave you alone in the introductory phase. In the first week of their studies, the faculty´s Student Council and higher-semester students create a varied program for new students (orientation week), during which you get to know the city, the university, fellow students and your future lecturers, but also take the first organizational steps in planning your studies. Please register to participate in the orientation week (see website of the Economics Student Council).

There are numerous service facilities at the university for planning your studies abroad. The department's study abroad advisory service and the international office of the Philipps University provide advice on various target universities and internship opportunities abroad, the technical requirements, recognition options and funding opportunities.
