The modules of the introductory area complement the subject-related Bachelor's degrees interdisciplinary. They introduce the subject-specific logic of scientific analysis (the epistemological assumptions and methods) of the second discipline. In the modules of the basic area, the subject-specific approaches to the analysis of international integration / disintegration and globalization are systematically developed.

The modules of the specialization area give the students the opportunity to deal with selected international / global aspects of the European integration - theoretically as well as exemplarily. The area of specialization deals with the two central pillars of the degree program, Political Science and Economics.

The supplementary area offers students the opportunity to supplement their knowledge in one of the two core areas (Political Science or Economics) according to their own ideas. This area allows students to specialize in one of the two pillars.
