General information

The four-semester Master’s program in Business offers you a solid education in core business disciplines, complemented by a modern, decision-oriented perspective. A distinctive feature is the integrated Business Analytics module, which equips you with key skills in handling qualitative and quantitative data—preparing you to make informed, data-based decisions in today’s complex business environment. This profile is still rare among traditional business programs.

The program is highly flexible: You can select elective modules from interdisciplinary fields or sustainability to shape your own cross-functional academic profile. The entire program can be studied in English, providing excellent preparation for international careers or graduate study. An extensive network of global partner universities and the smooth recognition of study achievements make it easy to gain international experience.

Thanks to its modular structure, the program can also be completed largely on a part-time basis—ideal for students who want to combine academic study with practical work experience.

Focus Areas

Big data, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making are transforming how businesses operate. How can companies successfully use large and complex datasets? What does it take to turn data into actionable, economically viable decisions? And how can modern analytical methods be applied to real business challenges?

The Master’s program in Business provides you with the analytical and conceptual tools to explore these questions in depth. In the Business Analytics module, you will learn how to systematically analyze data and apply it to strategic decision-making processes.

You will also define your personal focus by choosing one of three career-oriented specializations:

  • Accounting and Finance
  • Market-Oriented Corporate Management
  • Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation

From early on, you will gain hands-on experience — whether through collaborative projects with corporate partners or independent work on current academic topics. This blend of applied learning and academic rigor will enable you to build a well-rounded professional profile—ideal preparation for leadership roles in business, consulting, or academia.
