I am a lecturer and new here. What do I need to consider?
To use basic functions and to be added to our e-mail distribution list, you need a staff e-mail account from our university.
The staff e-mail address enables you to use our ILIAS portal and the extended MARVIN functions, such as viewing attendance lists, entering comments on your courses, etc.
The main office responsible for you will automatically set this up for you, as well as an AD account you can use on PCs on our premises.
I am employed at another department but also teach in Department 03. What should I bear in mind?

In addition, we have set up an e-mail distribution list we will use to inform you of any changes at short notice, e.g., regarding examination dates or grade entry rules.
If you have not yet received an e-mail via this distribution list (externe_lehrende_an_fb03[at]lists), please write a short message from your staff e-mail address to stusek03[at]uni-marburg.de with the subject “Aufnahme in Verteiler Ext.-Lehrende” (Addition to distribution list for external instructors).
