11.09.2025 We welcome Amalía Nestoris, Orhan Kaya and Şeyma Kaya as new members of the working group

Amalía Nestoris starts as a research associate and doctoral candidate. Her interests lie in the areas of intergroup contact, listening, affective polarization, social cohesion, intergroup relations, and political attitudes. Orhan Kaya is a fellow within the framework of the Philipp Schwartz Initiative and conducts research on diaspora communities, involving three independent projects on intergenerational collective action, social justice, and collective memory. Şeyma Kaya  is a doctoral candidate researching distinctions in migration status, between asylum seekers and their spouses who migrated through family reunification, and how these differences influence the dynamics of family conflicts through political engagement.
