    - You regularly lead discussions with employees and offer suitable opportunities for further professional training.
    - You consult with and inform employees regarding, for example, professional development opportunities, parental leave, scheduling options, and performance incentives.
    - You design and lead internal training sessions for employees.
    - You offer consultation for employees in leadership roles regarding staff-related questions.
    - You introduce systems for assessing the professional development of employees or for internal knowledge management.
    - You develop incentive strategies for recruiting new employees.
    - You determine where staff are needed and what skills are required.
    - You are responsible for writing job postings, preparing for and conducting job interviews and assessment tests, as well as managing employee resignations and dismissals.

    - You develop concepts for staff development and draft policies and guidelines (e.g. in the areas of management, collaboration, information, and communication).
    - Your administrative tasks include compiling and interpreting employee statistics, coordinating payroll accounting, and managing HR accounting.
    - In the area of external HR services, you coordinate the procurement and placement of job and training seekers, serve as a consultation partner, and assist them with preparing application documents.
    - You steer the development, implementation, and customization of IT and knowledge management systems.
