Transcript of Records

The Transcript of Records (ToR) is an official document issued by Philipps University of Marburg on your behalf. You will need this so that your home university can recognise the academic credits you have earned in Marburg. The ToR provides an overview of the courses you have taken, your ECTS credits and your marks.

Course registration list (not for Erasmus)

The course registration list is an overview of all the courses you are taking at Philipps University of Marburg. It serves as the basis for your Transcript of Records (ToR). A Transcript of Records cannot be issued without a course registration list.

Unlike the Transcript of Records, the course registration list is not an official document for the recognition of your academic achievements; it is used solely for internal purposes at Philipps University of Marburg.

Digital Learning Agreement (for Erasmus students only)

The Learning Agreement is intended for Erasmus students only. It lists the courses you are taking at Philipps University of Marburg and wish to have recognised by your home university.

The digital Learning Agreement, along with any changes, serves as the basis for the preparation of your Transcript of Records (ToR). A Transcript of Records cannot be issued without a digital Learning Agreement.

The digital Learning Agreement is created in your home university’s system and sent to Philipps University of Marburg for review and signature. Once it has been checked by your departmental coordinator, it will be signed and returned to your home university.

Mobility Online

Mobility Online is Philipps University of Marburg’s portal for study abroad programmes and exchange applications. There, you can manage applications and documents, such as the Learning Agreement (for Erasmus only). Click on this link to access the portal: Mobility Online.
