Application and Registration

Dear students,
in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the best way possible, the coming winter term and all classes and events will take place unlike the previous semesters.
As we had to re-organize our offers and welcoming events for incoming Erasmus students (such as the orientation program and the language course) the information which you find below is not updated. We therefore advice you to regularly check your emails to make sure that you do not miss any vital information.
Please do not hesitate to contact your Erasmus team, if you have any further questions:!

Within the application you'll find registration forms for the pre-semester language courses  and reserving a student room in one of our student halls.

Deadline for applications: July 10th (Fall/Winter) and January 10th (Spring/Summer)

In addition to your online application, you have to upload several documents, e.g. a language certificate. The requirements may differ depending on your chosen department. For questions please contact your departmental coordinator.

  1. Complete your Learning Agreement, sign it and have it signed by your home institution's Erasmus coordinator(s). Then send it to our Europaen Office. Please note that the course catalogue will be updated in mid-June (for Fall/Winter) and mid-January (for Spring/Summer). Accordingly, Learning Agreements should be done after these dates.
