By car
From the South
Marburg is located at the Bundesstraße 3, approx. 25 km north of Gießen. Gießen in connected to other cities via the Autobahn A5 and A45.
From the North
Marburg can be reached from Kassel via A49 and B3. Kassel is connected to the Autobahn A7, A44, and A49. With a navigation system, the department of chemistry can be found via “Hans-Meerwein-Straße, Marburg”
By train
Marburg main station
lies at the railroad line Frankfurt-Kassel and can regularly be reached
by regional and intercity trains.
From the main station, please take the bus line 2 direction
Richtsberg (platform B6, über Klinikum) until
Hans-Meerwein-Straße.

At the bus stop Hans-Meerwein-Straße, please cross the
bridge. After 100m, the department of chemistry is on the right-hand
side.
By airplane
The closest international airport is Frankfurt/Main. From there, Marburg can be reached by train every hour.

The Tonner group is located in the chemistry building in the Hans-Meerwein-Straße (building H|01). A current overview can be found on Open-Streetmap.
Dr. Ralf Tonner's office inside the Chemistry building is located exactly on the other side of the cuboid where the main entrance is located.
