Thesis advising

I am happy to take on the role of thesis adviser for bachelor and master students (as first or second adviser and examiner). My areas include typology generally/theoretically, applied comparisons of languages/features, and language contact – of South American indigenous languages, Celtic languages, and German in the areas of morphosyntax and semantics. Other areas/languages only by special arrangement.

Depending on your degree program, you can choose German or English as your examination language.

It is useful to have already written a term paper with me; this way, you will know my grading criteria and formal requirements for written examinations.

I do not provide supervision or advising for state examinations.
