This service center offers a comprehensive range of information and advice on family-related questions and questions regarding the compatibility or family and career/study.

All you need to know from pregnancy to school attendance, from childcare options to baby changing facilities, from contact options to financing and housing tips, for employees, students, researchers, single parents and much more.

Philipps-University Marburg offers her members children day-care in four Kindergardens for children age 0-3. 

In this section you find an overview of the basic financial support services for families offered by the federal government and by other agencies.

The grants of the foundation are aimed at excellent women scientists in the field of experimental natural sciences. The CNV-Foundation sponsors graduate students from the start of the second year of their thesis and as long as the project is still in its experimental stage. Eligible to apply are graduate students and postdoctoral fellows of all nationalities who are conducting their research at a university or research institute in Germany as well as postdoctoral fellows who have obtained their doctoral degree at a German university and continue their research abroad. The funding amounts to 500 Euro per month and is granted for one year. 

The FamilienAtlas is an information and service offer for families in Hesse from the Hessian Ministry of Social Affairs and Integration (HMSI) in cooperation with many competent partners.
