2009 Ph.D. in Insect Molecular Biology from Kobe University, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Japan.
2001 M.Sc. in Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cairo University, Faculty of Science. The practical work of M.Sc. thesis was carried out in Department of Entomology, Cairo University and Gene Transfer and Insect Control (GTIC) laboratory at Agricultural Genetic Engineering Research Institute (AGERI), of Agricultural Research Center (ARC), Egypt.
