Changing Course List and Learning Agreement

If courses are full, the workload is too high, or the course's content was not what you expected, you can still change your courses until the fifth week of the semester. If you are an exchange student associated with the Erasmus+ program, you have to change your learning agreement to reflect your final course choices. All other internationals correspondingly update their course list.

  • Course List

    Until the fifth week you can still change the courses that you entered in your preliminary course list. In the fifth week, you have to bindingly submit your courses. This is indicated in 'Mobility Online' as the step 'Courses (Transcript of Records) binding submitted'. All courses that are on the course list after the fifth week will be part of your final transcript of records, whether you pass a course or not. On the other hand, you will not get any credit for any course that is not on the course list after the fifth week, whether you do the workload or not.   • Learning Agreement during

    Until the fifth week you can still update your learning agreement by adding or deleting courses on 'Mobility Online'. The changes you make result in an updated document, which is called 'Learning Agreement during'. It facilitates the process, if you only do this once, as your departmental coordinators have to sign each change that you enter. All courses that are on the 'Learning Agreement during' after the fifth week will be part of your final transcript of records, whether you pass a course or not. On the other hand, you will not get any credit for any course that is not on the learning agreement after the fifth week, whether you do the workload or not.
