Workshop as part of PlanForSuccess@Marburg in the project "UMR divers: Diversität - Orientierung - Studienerfolg" of the Hessian Ministry of Higher Education, Research, Science and the Arts

Where do you want to go in your studies? Apart from exam objectives and curricula: What do you want your life to look like in one, three or five years? If you don't know, let’s take a look at your strengths. These can serve as a perpetual compass for your future (career) path. What have you always been good at? Which competences do you still need in order to reach your goals? And how do you get these skills? In this course we will answer all these questions and more.

Learning objectives: After attending this interactive and practice-oriented online workshop you will be able to ...

1. distinguish between different types of competences (professional/social/leadership/intercultural/methodological)
2. get to know your own strengths and competences
3. analyze your study goals in relation to the different competences

Speaker: Jaqueline Erlach (M.A. Speech Science) works primarily as a speech educator and motivational trainer. As a freelance seminar leader, she offers workshops on goal setting, voice training, motivation, moderation in work groups, and rhetoric and self-presentation.
