Projects
In international research projects, the Center for Conflict Studies works with universities and research networks on various topics of peace and conflict studies, such as coming to terms with violent pasts and transnational memory culture. Furthermore, together with university and non-university partners, it carries out projects to strengthen peace capacities in societies affected by conflicts. Within the framework of an international cooperation of study programmes, approaches for the integration of worked-based learning in curricula of peace, violence and security research are being developed. In an international cosortium, the Center was involved in a survey and development of training methods in the field of conflict prevention and peacebuilding.
