Research Focus
The current research profile of the Center for Conflict Studies (CCS) is characterised by interconnected and mutually enriching perspectives. The following key research areas have emerged in recent years based on interdisciplinary cooperation between the CCS’s various disciplines and now define the CCS programme. These areas of focus are linked by their analysis of local and global norms, structures and actors, and their relationships with each other. Some projects also incorporate constructivist and post-structuralist approaches, as well as intersectional and post-colonial perspectives.
