  • SAP BAC iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Facility Controlling

    What you’ll do:
    Position title: SAP BAC iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Facility Controlling

    Work Area: Finance
    Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
    Expected start date: August 01, 2022

    In this role, you’ll:
    We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) working closely with Facilities leadership members to steer their business within given financial boundaries. 
    Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) - as part of the Global Finance & Administration Board Area - is a global innovative and trusted business partner developing and driving world-class workplace and infrastructure solutions. With growing numbers of employees worldwide GRF needs to think about new scalable workplace solutions to support SAP’s growth.
    In your position as an intern (f/m/d), you will join a global team and you will support business units all over the world. With that, you will gain experience in international Facility topics and interact with senior leaders. Furthermore, you will be involved in driving different projects. These could be accounting projects as well as strategic projects.  

    Who you are:
    You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    Preferred fields of study: Business, Finance, Economics
    General software skills including Excel and PowerPoint
    Good communication skills
    Very strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured thinking
    Ability to work under pressure and to cope with deadlines
    Self-managed, high customer orientation
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus

  • SAP BAC iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Sales Controlling

    What you’ll do:
    Position title: SAP BAC iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Sales Controlling

    Work Area: Finance
    Location: Walldorf (remote work possible within Germany)
    Expected start date: ideally September or October 2022

    In this role, you’ll:
    Support actual analysis and quarter-end reporting
    Participate in the monthly forecast and annual budgeting processes
    Take part in projects to optimize and further develop Controlling tools, processes & infrastructure across BAC Sales
    Get deep insights into all relevant controlling activities of three important and diverse regions within SAP
     

    Who you are:
    You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

    Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or Business Informatics with focus on finance/controlling
    Computer skills: proficient in MS Office, specifically excellent Excel and strong PowerPoint skills
    Language skills: fluent English and German language skills oral and written
    Soft skills: self-driven with a strong sense of prioritization, results and execution focused
    Related sales controlling experience is a plus

  • Intern / Working Student (f/m/d) - Cloud Controlling CoE

    What you'll do:
    Understand key metrics of SAP’s Cloud business, strategy and operations, its services, solutions and organization
    Support team during Budget processes
    Take over regular reporting tasks
    Support team with daily tasks
    Execution of analyses on various Cloud related topics
    Support in Cloud Cost Allocation Process
    Master data maintenance
    Ad-hoc tasks
     

    What you bring:
    You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:
    Preferred Field of Study: Business Administration      
    Having the following computer skills: Microsoft Office, especially Excel     
    Language: fluent in English and German
    Besides that, you are a team player, proactive thinker and reliable
