Research for us is to work on relevant scientific questions and observed phenomenons in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Management. We aim to empirically describe, analyse and explain important research questions by employing adequate quantitative as well as qualitative research methods. It is hard work and pleasure at the same time to investigate factors and find mechanisms that might drive a certain phenomenon - but it is rewarding if you create new and enriching knowledge that help to better understand behaviours of individuals, firms and institutions in our society.
