PBaPP - Process-based Therapy in Psychotherapeutical Practice

This project is part of a cooperation with the Goethe University Frankfurt.
Process-based therapy offers a promising approach that could improve the success rate of psychotherapies. Conceptualization of cases, app-based acquisition of disorders, dynamic network analysis, and relationship monitoring have all improved thanks to the network model.
This study aims to test the process-based approach in psychotherapeutical practice, in order to adjust therapy approaches to the needs of psychotherapists.
