Welcome to the website of the Hessen-Nassau Dictionary project, which is maintained as a central scholarly resource by the Research Unit Sprache in Hessen.

The Dictionary

The Hesse State Historical Information System provides access to the dictionary's digital edition. There, you can view the deliverables that have been published. A search filter additionally lets you to search for dictionary entries. The dictionary's maps are also accessible.
